LBPD checkpoint will be underway from 6pm - 2am starting tonight Friday May 8.
While this not an ICE check point, ICE has been accessing traffic court and citation data through various local, state, and federal information-sharing networks and through commercial data brokers and using this data to kidnap people leaving the court house after their scheduled appearances.
